Foundations is a 2-Day intensive class working on the fundamentals of haircutting. This class works on the who, what, where, when, and why when it comes to the creation of a haircut. The point of the class is to create structure and integrity within haircutting, while being able to translate into work behind the chair. Students can expect to walk away with a better understanding of haircutting theory and technical work.

Adam is passionate about mentoring as well as sharing the belief that education is essential to developing a strong foundation. Originally from Minneapolis, MN, Adam relocated to Philadelphia to join EDU X. Adam has trained with the Kingly Hairgroup, Davines, and Allilon which has majorly influenced their passion for the craft. Adam enjoys working closely with students, tailoring their teaching approach based upon the individual. As a self-critical person, Adam sets very high standards for themselves. Their hope is to elevate those standards in others.
